13000 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 13000 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 13000 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 13000 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the platform. 13000 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The effective date stated at the top of this document indicates the version of the Terms currently in force.
2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 13000 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform does not violate any applicable laws in your place of residence. Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately without compensation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 13000 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the 13000 customer support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Not attempting to disrupt, intrude upon, or damage the platform's systems.
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
- Not sharing your account or granting access to any other party.
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations while using the platform.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 13000 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus payouts — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and in their own name. 13000 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are stated in the account section of the platform and are subject to change. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system — including initiating unauthorised chargebacks or using illegally obtained payment methods — will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.
Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. FPX deposits are typically processed instantly, while withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving bank and any required internal review period. 13000 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as separately specified. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn as cash until the relevant rollover conditions have been fully met.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
13000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds that may lead to such action include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraud, hacking activity, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Abuse of promotions or bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Directives from a competent authority or regulatory body.
If your account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited and will not be returned. For closures not involving serious misconduct, any valid deposit balance (excluding bonus credits) will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13000 platform — including logos, text, graphic designs, icons, images, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 13000.
Limitation of Liability
The 13000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 13000 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or fully protected against cybersecurity threats. In all circumstances, 13000's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Third-Party Links
The 13000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 13000 has no control over the content of third-party websites and is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of such websites or services. Your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms of use of those websites.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
13000 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest version of the applicable Terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated each time changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 13000 platform or these Terms shall be resolved through the procedures established under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
